Frequently Asks Questions

Below are a few of the FAQs I get. If you have any other questions, just reach out to me.

  1. Start by filling out the booking request form.
  2. I will then answer any questions and check my calendar to confirm availability.
  3. Once dates are confirmed, you then will receive a form to provide overall care info, any special needs, emergency information, vet contact, etc.
  4. Booking is finalized once payment is received (Venmo, Paypal, Zelle).

  1. For day care, you can cancel up to 12hrs before for a full refund. After that, you will get a 50% refund for the day.
  2. For boarding, you can cancel up to 24hrs before for a full refund. You then will be charged for 1 day of boarding.
  3. For holiday weekends, 48 hrs for full refund, 48-24hrs 50% of first day, less than 24hrs 1 day charge and 50% of 2nd day.
  4. Pick up and drop off services can be cancelled at any time.
  1. I have no problem giving pills, medicated or vitamins.
  2. I can also cover basic care needs such as giving eye or ear drops or change a bandage.
  3. If you have any special needs, just let me know and I do my best to accomdate.

    I can typically respond to requests under an hour.

I take up to 3-4 dogs, depending on the breads. I always verify if a dog is friendly with others dogs. I can sometimes guarantee single dog stays, depending on the day. Over holiday weekends, single dog stays are unlikeky.
